Logistical Information for Aletheia: Integral Relating Intensive

Casey Capshaw here, Course Director for Aletheia. Please read the following logistics carefully for it includes critical context for your intensive & instructions for what to bring each day, times to show up, and all of the other logistical information you will need.

1. Schedule

Friday March 9th – 2PM until approx Midnight
Saturday March 10th – 10AM until approx 11PM
Sunday March 11th – 10AM to 8PM

2. Airports and Flights
Book your flight into Denver International Airport (DIA).
We recommend you schedule your arrival flight for Thursday evening or Friday morning to arrive no later than 12pm. The bus and shuttles from the Denver airport can take well over an hour.
We recommend scheduling your departure flight for Monday morning March the 12th. If you need to leave Sunday evening, please schedule for after 10pm.

3. What to Bring
Journal and pen
$8-$20 per meal (dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday). And you will need to plan for breakfast Saturday and Sunday.

A stone’s throw from us are several affordable restaurants, Ideal Supermarket (owned by Whole Foods), a pharmacy, a post office, and a tea/coffee shop. We are also a 15 minute walk from Boulder’s famous Pearl Street Mall and hiking trails. We are along the Skip route, a local bus that we encourage since there is only limited parking at the center.
