Jason Gore is a managing partner at Neuberg, Gore & Associates, a coaching firm that specializes in coaching CEOs of well-funded, high-growth startups. Many of their clients are young engineers who suddenly found themselves leading large teams. As a result, the firm researched and defined “good leadership” to support these CEOs to identify their blind spots, practice new communication skills, and improve their ability to lead their teams. In this presentation, Jason shares some of their discoveries, how leadership can be defined, measured, studied, and finally how what we learn in authentic relating practices has a lot to do with business leadership.
